Memorial Services for Jennifer Snarski

As mentioned in last week’s issue of The Voice, an event for students to gather as one and come together to show pay respects for Jennifer Snarski has been arranged for this upcoming week.

Friends, family and those who wish to give their condolences have helped to organize a candlelight gathering on campus.  It will take place Tuesday, Nov. 18 at 5 p.m. in front of the Student Services Center.

We ask that everyone bring their own candle, and if you have a lighter please bring one as well.  We will try to supply as many as we can, but if you have your own please share.  Jen’s roommates will be bringing collages of Jen for her memory. Bringing your own photots to share is also encouraged.

Please join Jen’s friends and family Tuesday so that we may all come together as one, to show respect to someone who has made all of us smile and laugh.  She will be terribly missed.

“When I must leave you for a little while–Please do not grieve and shed wild tears and hug your sorrow to you through the years, But start out bravely with a gallant smile: And for my sake and in my name live on and do all the things the same, Feed not your loneliness on empty days but fill each waking hour in useful ways, reach out your hand in comfort and in cheer and I in turn will comfort you and hold you near; and never never be afraid to die for I am waiting for you in the sky.”
