Comedian, Tracy Morgan, was involved in a car crash in June and has been struggling with his recovery ever since. His limousine was struck by a Walmart truck in New Jersey.
Morgan suffered from a brain injury and is still struggling even after weeks of rehabilitation.
Yahoo! says the crash killed comedian James McNair. Morgan and his attorney, Benedict Morelli, suffered from brain injuries and several broken bones, and three other passengers were injured. Morgan has been using a wheel chair.
Morgan and the surviving passengers are suing Walmart. The driver, Kevin Roper, had been awake for over 24-hours before the crash, so, by law, he should not have been driving.
Morgan’s career could be over, but we are all hoping that he will make a full recovery and is able to continue with his career.
