Secret Service Reports A Bullet Hit White House Window

NBC Washington has reported that the President’s Secret Service discovered a bullet that struck an exterior window on the south side of the White House. The bullet was stopped by the ballistic glass and was discovered Tuesday, Nov. 15 A second round was found on the exterior of the building.
Witnesses reportedly heard gun shots on the night of Friday, Nov. 11 and saw a man jump from a car and flee the scene.
Oscar Ramiro Ortega-Hernandez was arrested by officials for allegedly being involved with the shooting.
According to a source obtained by CNN that there is no specific concern as to the safety of President Barack Obama
Within five minutes of the gun shots Friday, officials located a vehicle near the White House. CNN reports that an official told the public, “Evidence in the vehicle led to U.S. Park Police obtaining an arrest warrant for Oscar Ortega-Hernandez,” described as a 21-year-old Hispanic male, 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds.
CNN reported that a weapon registered to Ortega-Hernandez was found inside the vehicle.
After an investigation, the Secret Service determined that Ortega-Hernandez had a “”direction of interest toward the president and the White House” or that he does not suggest a direct specific threat.
