The Bloomsburg University council of trustees met on Wednesday February 23 to discuss room and board price increases for the 2011-2012 academic year.
The decision was made that fees will indeed be raised from the current $3,311 to $3,469 per semester next year. Kehr Union Operating fees have also been raised from 1.55 percent to 3 percent of in-state tuition.

All other student fees will remain at their current rates. Tuition for the 2011-2012 year will be set in Julyby the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.
