Cancer survivors take the first lap to celebrate their victory over the disease. There will be various ceremonies throughout the event. The opening ceremony begins at 7 p.m. and the closing ceremony is at 6 a.m. The Luminaria ceremony will honor those who have passed and all those who have fought or are currently fighting any kind of cancer.
