Pink Floyd fans rejoice! You are in luck. After 20 years, Pink Floyd is releasing their new album.
Their new album is called “The Endless River,” and will release on Nov. 10, 2014.
“The Division Bell” was the last album, which was released in 1994.
After the passing of their band member, Rick Wright, the band decided to release a tribute album in his memory.
Dave Gilmour, guitarist and co-lead vocalist of the band, told Uncut Magazine:
“With Rick gone, and with him the chance of ever doing it again, it feels right that these revisited and reworked tracks should be
made available as part of our repertoire.”
“It is a tribute to him. I mean, to me, it’s very evocative and emotional in a lot of moments. And listening to all the stuff made me
regret his passing all over again. This is the last chance someone will get to hear him playing along with us on that way he did.”
