Open Letter To Peanut Butter
An open letter to peanut butter in honor of November: National Peanut Butter Lovers’ Month!

Dear Peanut Butter,
Our relationship started back in the day when you were put in between two slices of whole wheat bread combined with jelly for the perfect pre school lunch that I would look forward to everyday. As I grew up we substituted jelly for fluffernutter and eventually just ate you by yourself.
You have always been a stable food in my kitchen and my life. I seriously can’t remember a day that has gone by in my life that I haven’t eaten peanut butter. Crunchy, creamy, whatever type I eat it and I love it!
When people tell me they are allergic to peanuts I tend to look at them like it’s my worst nightmare but then suddenly a wave of sadness washes over me, because they don’t understand one of the greatest flavors ever created.
I can go on and on about how perfect you are. By yourself or combined with any food: pretzels, apples, bananas, and Oreos. Seriously, what doesn’t go good with peanut butter? Nothing. If someone tells you any different they are lying.
No matter what anyone says there is nothing that beats eating spoonfuls of peanut butter straight from the jar after a long day.
From,
