The Middle States Visitation Team on Campus for BU’s Reaccreditation Review

The Middle States Visitation Team members will be on campus during March 25-27, 2019 to conduct a site visit as part of the reaccreditation process. The six members of the visitation team will conduct interviews with Bloomsburg University’s administrators, division and/or department heads, faculty, staff members, and students individually and in group meetings. 


Open meetings with the Middle States Visitation Team Members have been scheduled on the following dates and times:  


Mon, 3/25/19, 2-3 PM, Schweiker Rm, Andruss Library – Staff  

Mon, 3/25/19, 3-4 PM, Schweiker Rm, Andruss Library – Faculty

Tue, 3/26/19, 4-5 PM, Schweiker Rm, Andruss Library – Students 

Wed, 3/27/19, 11:00 AM, Schweiker Rm, Andruss Library – Exit Summary (the Visitation Team will present their findings)

 Middle States institution wide accreditation is required by the U.S. Department of Education. This accreditation is necessary for Bloomsburg University and its students to be eligible for any form of financial assistance from the Federal Government, including grants, scholarships, and federally guaranteed student loans.
