Cosby Sentenced to 3-10 Years in State Prison

81 year old comedian, Bill Cosby, has been sentenced to serve at least three years in prison for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand in 2004. Montgomery County Judge Steven O’Neill has ruled Cosby a “sexually violent predator” under Pennsylvania law.
Bill Cosby must now register as a sexually violent predator for the remainder of his life. With the ruling Cosby will have to report quarterly to the authorities and have lifetime counseling.
In addition to the counseling and quarterly reports, his name will appear on the sex offender registry that is sent out to neighborhoods, victims, and schools. Bail has been denied.
