Warped Tour is the largest traveling music festival in the United States. The skateboard shoe manufacturer Vans, has sponsored the tour every year since 1995, and it has been called the Vans Warped Tour since 1996. The tour began as a showcase for alternative and punk rock music, and has grown to feature very diverse genres.
The Tour will run from June 17 to August 8 with a different venue every show. There will be a show at Pittsburgh, PA on July 9 and one in Scranton, PA on July 21. A list of locations and dates of each concert are available online.
Warped Tour will feature over 100 bands as well as a comedy tent this year. Some of the most noteworthy musicians include H20, Black Veil Brides, Asking Alexandria, Carousel Kings, and Memphis May Fire. The specific bands at each show will vary by location.
