After 5 years of doing the jam band festival circuit we decided to sell the bus and open shop in Kutztown, PA. On November 25th, 2011 Althea’s opened for business. Our original concept was to have a shop where all our lot friends could put their stuff for the winter, but that quickly morphed into the Althea’s we have today. We support our local artists and try to offer as much of their work as possible. While we’re still touring in the Northeast during summertime, the shop is open year-round. We have been fortunate enough that our Kutztown location has done well enough for us to open a second location here in Bloomsburg!! We try very hard to keep everyone happy and there isn’t a problem that can’t be worked out.
