Lucinda Welsh announces candidacy for Magisterial District Judge

Lucinda Welsh announces candidacy for Magisterial District Judge for District Court 26-3-01 in 2023.
Lucinda “Luci” Welsh has served as Pennsylvania State Constable for the last seven years. Currently, Welsh is a School Resource Officer. Welsh is a volunteer firefighter, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), and President of the Columbia-Montour Constables Association.
Welsh was endorsed by former 109th District Candidate, Thomas Anderson. Anderson said, “I nominated Lucinda Welsh for President of our association for her integrity and professionalism as a Pennsylvania State Constable. She excels in protecting and serving her community and will tackle corruption in Columbia County as Magisterial District Judge.”
Welsh’s stated her mission is to “provide the citizens of this community with a municipal court that is dedicated to due process, held fiscally accountable, economical to taxpayers, and is as efficient and expeditious as possible.”
