The youngest of the Kardashian clan is moving out and leaving Kris Jenner an empty nester. Kim Kardashian has just recently started the moving process out of the matriarchs pad and into her own 20 million dollar home she designed with husband, Kanye West. 17-year-old, Kylie Jenner, has just purchased a 2.7 million dollar mansion with five bedrooms for herself that is located in The Oaks, a private gated community in Calabasas, California. Lucky for Kylie, her humble abode is just a block over from older sisters, Kourtney and Khloé.
What’s more shocking than a 17-year-old moving into a mansion? Kris Jenner negotiating a 100 million dollar deal for four more seasons of Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s and all of their spin off shows…Kylie clearly just got a bump up in her decorating fund. Variety also reported that Kendall and Kylie have locked down their own spin off show. The name and details have yet to be released, but fans are buzzing with thoughts of where it will take place. London, Paris, Los Angeles, New York? The two have been jet setting around the world, so anything is possible.
According to an interview done by E! News, Kris Jenner opened up about her youngest daughter and their decorating plans. “Kylie is more edgy. She likes more blacks and grays and Kim [Kardashian] likes more cream colors, Kourtney is very neutral and Khloé is big on white colors. I like all of it like—thrown in a mush pot is my style!” We can only imagine what Kylie’s party house is going to end up looking like. If it’s anything like her style it’s going to be hardcore.
The rumor mill is also spinning with talk about Kylie’s beau, Tyga. The pair refuses to confirm the capacity of their relationship, but claim it to be platonic. Khloé Kardashain just recently got into a serious Twitter battle with Amber Rose pertaining to her little sister and the 25-year-old rapper. Is she moving out to have more time with her man? Did he not want to 
visit her at her mother’s home? I suppose we’ll have to wait and see!
None of the Kardashian’s can hide from the rumors, not even Kris. With all of her children out of her home, what is the recently divorced, 56-year-old supposed to do? A source told Perez Hilton that Kris’ boyfriend, Corey Gamble, who is Justin Beiber’s road manager, has been staying with Kris frequently. “She cooks for him, cleans up after him and pays for everything. Her kids think he’ll never leave, even if they break up.” The 34-year-old seems to be living the dream. Personally, I want so much more for Kris and should only take these rumors lightly. Apparently the relationship might be fizzling out.
