Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel’s Italian wedding ceremony wasn’t the only talk about town in Los Angeles last week.  Timberlake and Biel’s wedding party put together a video of a group of homeless people in Los Angeles, wishing the newlywed couple well.  Timberlake’s longtime friend, and an LA real estate agent, Justin Huchel, shot the video as “a private joke” without Timberlake’s knowledge.  Not only were homeless people asked to wish the couple well, transsexuals, and street musicians’ were also among them pretending to be friends who couldn’t attend the ceremony

One of the homeless men featured in this video goes by the name Eddie. He claims that he was minding his own business, when a man came up to him and offered him $40 dollars in exchange for him reciting a few lines into the camera. Eddie says he had no idea that was he was the punch line to a cruel joke.  When Eddie was informed on how the footage had been used, he told TMZ that it made him feel really bad that a trick was played on him. Eddie was dressed very nicely when interviewed by TMZ, and told TMZ he was going to do his best to change his life.

The video is said to be an obvious jab at the couples’ ridiculous wealth, put together with the poor that is being displayed in the video. Huchel has already threatened the gawker for posting this video, and demanded it be removed from the web as soon as possible.

Not only are the people involved in this video offended, many of the public find this video to be  cruel and not funny in anyway. Justin Timberlake released an open letter apology on his website on October 26, 2012. Justin apologies for this distasteful video and says the video was not actually shown at his wedding. Justin also insists that he had nothing to do with this video and says “I am deeply sorry for to anyone who was offended by it”.
