After an inspiring discussion with the talented musician, Mattea will perform on Friday, April 26, at 8 p.m. in Haas Center for the Arts. She will perform some of her latest songs from her new album, “Calling Me Home,” and the Grammy Award-winning song, “Where’ve You Been,” on our stage. She’ll also present some of her Top 20 radio hits, including “Eighteen Wheels and a Dozen Roses,” and the bluesy “455 Rocket.”
Mattea sings about her life growing up in a coal mining area, like many of us have and can relate to. Even loveable pop-country singer Taylor Swift hasn’t received three Grammy Awards, so don’t miss the chance to catch someone as talented as Kathy Mattea.
Tickets for Friday’s show are available at $17 for BU Students, $19 for Children, and $34.50 for the public.
