Free Cooking Demonstration To Be Held At Greenly Center

Cooking Demonstrations Available to Limited Amount of Students
As a result of rising college tuition, cost of living, textbooks, and other college expenses, up to 20% of students struggle with food security. Students should not have to choose between meals and books. Huskies Helping Huskies is here to help.
On Nov. 1 and Nov. 29, Huskies Helping Huskies will be putting on a cooking demonstration for Bloomsburg University students. There are only 12 spaces available in each class so act fast and secure your space today! Do so by going to the English department in Bakeless with your BU student ID and a five-dollar deposit that will be refunded to you the night of the demonstration. You can also RSVP online here.
The demonstrations will be held in the Greenly Center downtown in room 211 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Taste testing a free meal after the demonstration is most definitely included!
Huskies Helping Huskies is a program designed and promoted by students for students with three main goals: to bring awareness to hunger needs in our campus community, to provide students affordable and nutritious recipes through our website, and to help “paws” hunger at Bloomsburg University.
