The 18th Annual SAG Award Winners

The 18th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards, (SAG) held Sunday, Jan. 29 did not disappoint. All of Hollywood’s A-listers gathered to watch the show where actors award fellow actors. The SAG awards are a good prediction for who will be victorious at the Academy Awards on Feb. 27. It’s safe to say that the winners of the night were well deserved.  One word that sticks out in most of the viewers minds is Scorsese.  Funny ladies Kristen Wiig, Maya Rodolph, and Melissa McCarthy had the audience in hysterics when they created a drinking game involving the use of Martin Scorsese’s last name.  There were plenty of funny moments along with emotional; however, those that leaned toward the emotional side will definitely be remembered.  Dick van Dyke presented Mary Tyler Moore with the Screen Actors Guild Lifetime Achievement Award.  Seeing the two together again brought back wonderful memories of when they starred in The Dick van Dyke Show.
