Star Wars is kicking butt this weekend at Star Wars Celebration in Chicago! Lucasfilm revealed the name of Episode Nine to be Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. There is a lot in this trailer. Rey is now a Jedi like thousands before her, we got Lando flying the falcon once again, and we get something truly shocking. Emperor Palpatine is back!! We don’t know if he’s a force ghost or a clone like in legends continuity. But this trailer reunited the fandom with one trailer.
In case you are wondering, all the characters from the sequel trilogy will be returning for Episode Nine! In addition with another new character in the franchise but we don’t know the character detail at this time.
