DRUMLine Live Premiere
Come check out the Celebrity Artist Series “DRUMLine Live”!

Bloomsburg University’s Community Government Association will be sponsoring “DRUMLine Live,” in celebration of Black History Month. It is based off the movie, “Drumline,” and the subculture of the college marching band. 80 musicians and dancers come together to replicate the pepped up battle-of-the-bands on the stage.
“DRUMLine Live” brings out the seriousness of the marching band competition and shos that it is just as competitive as any sport. The performance has rhythm, hip-hop and southern blues and it’s a musical voyage filled with emotion.
This show demonstrates that a marching band can be more than just a halftime show. “DRUMLine Live” will be held in the Haas Center for the Arts, Mitrani Hall on Friday, Feb. 18 at 8 p.m. The performance is part of BU’s 25th anniversary Celebrity Arts Series Production for the 2010-2011 season. General Admission is $30. CGA’s Discount Rate is $15 with BU ID.
