BU Dance Ensemble Tryouts

The Bloomsburg University Dance Ensemble is currently holding try-outs for new members. With 160 members, the ensemble is one of the largest student run organizations currently on campus. They offer many dance styles such as acro, african, ballet, country, hip-hop, irish hard step, irish soft step, jazz, lyrical, modern and musical theatre. The BU Dance Ensemble also has a competition team that includes a jazz style of dance as well as hip-hop. Each dance class meets once a week and extra classes are scheduled if needed. They also host a fall and spring showcase for the campus. To learn more about the Dance Ensemble, or to join, go to the general meeting on Sunday, Sept. 25 at 7 p.m. in the Centennial gym.
