He has a voice that drives women wild and unwavering charisma to boot. He demonstrated these skills when a fan attacked him during a Maroon 5 concert at the Honda Center in Anaheim, Ca.
The young woman, clearly overwhelmed with excitement, ran up on stage and embraced the singer mid-song. Unfortunately, she ended up cutting Levine’s ear in the attempt and nearly fell off the stage.
Levine handled it with all the poise we have come to expect from him by first trying to push her away, and then wrapping his arm around the fan until security took her out of the situation.
After finishing the song the singer spoke to the crowd stating, “It’s just weird to be, like, in the moment, ya know? And you’re singing, and your eyes are closed, and you have this beautiful moment. And then the next thing you know someone’s f****ing in your face. It’s super terrifying,” reported Entertainment Tonight.
The woman’s thoughts behind the action do not generate a shocked response. Who hasn’t seen a hot, talented man on stage and wanted to rush up the stairs? The difference is most of us think, “’eh better not’.” Ladies, it is best to admire from afar in situations like these. Enjoy the show without creating a dangerous situation or distraction for others.
Now if he approaches you, that’s a different story entirely; all bets are off. One can only muster so much willpower.
