“Don’t Be This”

I believe in a fear-free classroom. Trying to scare your students is a waste of time. The little ones will most likely be scared of a yelling teacher and obey. It is also quite possible that some might become traumatized by an unstable adult, they also can develop a fear of school. Not good. Teenagers will not be scared whatsoever. In their eyes this teacher will be a psycho; a totally annoying person. Negativity-filled classroom is not exciting on any level.
