Chris Hemsworth is Named Sexiest Man Alive

People Magazine has had their “Sexiest Man Alive” issue since 1985 when the first man to win was actor Mel Gibson. Last year Adam Levine graced the cover, and this year, “Thor” star Chris Hemsworth is the “Sexiest Man Alive.”

Actually, according to hollywoodlife.com, Hemsworth was not their top pick. “‘PEOPLE’ asked Justin Timberlake, Ryan Gosling and Jake Gyllenhaal to take on this title but they all declined. A couple other people were offered it as well, but they settled with Chris because he’s hot, but he also said yes after so many nos.”

I’ve never seen Thor and I didn’t know who exactly Chris Hemsworth was when I first heard about him being named “Sexiest man Alive”. However, after seeing pictures of him and his very nice body, I definitely approve of the choice People Magazine went with. I mean, he’s totally hot, yum!
