CBS Hosts Grammy 2011 Nominations Concert

Did you favorite artist score a Grammy nomination for the annual award show in February?

CBS hosted the Grammy Nominations Concert on Wednesday, Nov. 30 at 10 p.m. live from the Nokia Theatre in L.A.

Hosted by two-time Grammy winner LL Cool J and featured performances by Lady Gaga, Jason Aldean, Ludacris, Rihanna, Sugarland, The Band Perry, and Usher, the one-hour nominations concert was packed with entertainment.

Nominations in categories such as Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best New Artist, and Album of the Year were announced. However, viewers will have to wait to find out the winners when the 54th annual Grammy Award show airs on Feb. 12 at 8 p.m. on CBS.

Lady Gaga kicked off the show with her new single Marry the Night. Dressed in a black blazer with knee-high boots and “skull” make-up, Lady Gaga certainly pumped up the crowd with her high-energy performance. Lady Gaga and Sugarland also paired up to end the show by singing Lady Gaga’s smash hit, You and I. Rihanna performed her new single We Found Love via video at her concert all the way from London at the O2 arena, while Ludacris and Jason Aldean paired up and sang Dirt Road Anthem.
