Bloomsburg Arts Department Provides Transportation to NYC for Students
On Friday October 26th, Bloomsburg Arts Department provided a bus to NYC for interested students.
The weeks leading up to the 26th, the University hung up flyers advertising this day trip to NYC. The cost was $25 for transportation to and from the city. Students had all day to explore and sight see before heading back to Bloomsburg at night.
Spots quickly filled up, and before the week of the trip, there room left on the bus.
Students gathered at the Arts and Admin building at 6:45 am, Friday morning for a 7 am departure. The 2.5 hour ride felt quick, and soon enough students were dropped off a block from Time Square. Art Musuems were suggested for students to check out, but ultimately there were no rules on what could be done in the City.
After a full day of exploring, students met at the drop off location and the bus left NYC at 7 pm.
