Audition to be Mr. Bloomsburg!

A message from BU’s PRSSA:

Mr. Bloomsburg is BACK again!

Do any guys out there aspire to be a pageant winner? Or how about a model on a runway in formal wear? Mr. Bloomsburg is back once again for another exciting pageant this Spring semester! In case you didn’t know, Mr. Bloomsburg is a male competition in which male contestants participate in four categories: formal wear, swimwear, question and answer, and talent. Contestants will be asked to participate during the night of the competition on Saturday, April 26th at 7 p.m. in the Kehr Union Ballroom along with a dance performance during the show which will be choreographed by the BU Dance Team.

Auditions begin on Monday, Feb. 21st from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Studio A (Room 1259) in McCormick. There will be two more time slots to audition on Tuesday, Feb. 22^nd from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and again on Thursday, Feb. 24^th, from 6 p.m. to 8p.m. also in Studio A. Please come ready to show us a portion of your talent! All guys are encouraged to come out and participate! (The judges won’t be too hard on you.)

During the day of the show, all of the contestants will be provided with dinner and refreshments while rehearsing and performing. The first place winner will receive a huge grand prize, while the second and third runners up will also be rewarded! The winner will be crowned Mr. Bloomsburg for the second time in history!

So, if your an outgoing guy, and want to have a little fun and excitement on a Tuesday night at the end of April, come on out and audition for Mr. Bloomsburg. All ages are welcome! The date of the competition is April 26th, at 7 pm in the Kehr Union Ballroom, don’t forget it!
